How to get the extra help you require.
This support site utilises a system know as a 'Wiki' to deliver its content. Use the text search box on the navigation bar to enter some terms and click 'search' to find related articles. If you already know the exact name of the page in question you can click the 'go' button instead to head directly to that article.
The pages on the site are divided in to categories, and have common names which are seen throughout the system. As an example, if you type in to the box 'access controls' and click 'go' the page about that topic will be instantly displayed. If you type in 'access controls' and click 'search' then the search results page will display with all related content.
If at any time you get lost on this site, hitting the ALT + SHIFT + Z keys together will take you back to the homepage.
